There are many costs associated with the overhead and maintenance of 77 Division Street church building. These expenses can make it difficult to operate our church efficiently. We have a beautiful heritage (older) buildings which requires additional funds to maintain.
Operating the 77 Division Street building cost over $100,000 per year and over 50% of the building is dedicated to the Outreach Programs. We have some extremely dedicated volunteers that provide much needed maintenance and reduces the spending on contractors.
